  • The perfect family destination! Our newly remodeled condo has the best of both worlds - the beach and the lake. Located directly on beautiful Lake Powell and Philips Inlet, our condo provides instant access to the water from our onsite boat ramp. Enjoy fishing, boating, jet-skiing, paddle-boarding, tubing, kayaking, and swimming in the lake. Or grab your coolers and beach towels and head over to the clear emerald waters and sugar-white beaches of the gulf - only 5 minutes away. Of course with 2 onsite pools just steps from our door, you may prefer to simply relax and work on your tan here.
