This craftsman-style home offers over 2,100 square feet of luminous living space and four ample bedrooms. Endless Summer features a 30A 240V NEMA outlet on a 50A circuit located on the side of the home near the front for EV charging. There were a few small issues that kept it from 5 stars. Two of the kitchen chairs were broken and after reaching out, they said they'd come take care of them but they didn't.
