The unit has an extremely large balcony that overlooks the lake and the Vegas style fountain show every night. The condo is located on the 6th floor, so once you park your vehicle on the 6th floor parking level, you walk straight to your unit without needing any elevator. The putting green and kids pools are just 2 floors down.
