  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Condo was just as described and pictured. Right on the beach with stunning views, top floor. Check in and checkout were super easy. Parking is tight but there is overflow parking which was also a breeze to get to. Very close to everything. We can’t wait to go back and have a longer stay.

Breathtaking view and beautiful condo

The pictures are very accurate! The balcony and view is even better in person. It accommodate our family perfectly. It had all the amenities you need for a family, plus extra beach stuff to use. I gave a 4 star since under the couch was not cleaned, it had sand and such so, we had to sweep under both couches, the ice machine didn't work but that wasn't a big deal for us. The lay out is nice but I would suggest the King bed in the master suite. I can see why since the master suite is smaller than the guest room and would not have much space. Overall, we had a great stay and weren't disappointed with our stay. Beautiful and unforgettable view eating our meals on the balcony with the view of the ocean. This location was quiet and family oriented. Highly recommend.

MUST REBOOK!!

This home was the best one I’ve ever rented! It’s soooo nice with all the nice amenities. The beds are comfy. Even the sofa sleeper! Very nicely decorated. It smells like a new home inside. Perfect beach view! I visit Panama every year and this place has my promise to stay every year! Look no more and book this home!

Overall, I really enjoyed our stay! It was pleasant! The only thing I would suggest as I have seen in other reviews, I think the king bed should be in the room with the view. Second, the AC UNIT wasn’t really blowing air, but we made it work since we only spent a portion of the time in the condo. Ultimately, It was clean, pleasant, and the view was absolutely amazing!

Fantastic Getaway

The location, the condo and Vacasa made for an unforgettable vacation. A situation came up at the last minute and Vacasa handled it so very well. A situation that could have ruined our trip ended up making our trip a great one. I highly recommend working with Vacasa and staying in this condo. It really cannot be beat.

Great condo!

We enjoyed staying at this place a lot. The only wish is that the king size bed was in the room near the balcony, not in the other room. Everything else was perfect! Decor throughout the condo and wall decor are gorgeous. Very clean place and breathtaking view!!! Would definitely recommend!

We loved the unit we stayed in! It was very clean! We loved the big walk-in showers too. Communication with Vacasa was fantastic both online and on the phone. I will definitely use Vacasa again and hope to stay in this unit in the future!

Beautiful and cozy

The condo was adorable. Balcony view was incredible. Very nice place and good location. Would certainly stay here again. Beds were comfortable and I loved the huge sink in the kitchen. There is not much to dislike about this place. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this condo to a small family or for a couples getaway like us!

Gorgeous ocean view

We visited the first week of May and absolutely loved this condo!! It’s beautiful and clean with a very spacious balcony. Our family of five ( 3 kids: 13, 12, 11) were either at the beach or on the balcony making memories. I loved how easy it was to get to the beach. Elevators were quick. Parking was easy. Wish it included beach chairs/umbrellas rental, but Walmart was super close and we just bought an umbrella instead :) If we are back in Panama City, we would love to come back to this lovely unit.

Perfect!

The building was quiet and easy to access. This condo is beautiful and just as it is in the photo. Kitchen, rooms, bathrooms all clean and inviting. Kitchen has everything needed for easy breakfast and lunch cooking. Loved the countertops and oversized sink. Bathrooms are modern with a nice tiled shower. The balcony is large and has beautiful unobstructed views on the beach. Whoever decorated and set this up was attentive to most every detail. The beds were comfortable and the white sheets and pillows were crisp and clean. I can’t say enough good things about this condo - nicest one I’ve ever rented. Our only 1 minor issue was with Vacasa. They forgot to leave parking passes but we eventually got them. I would love to rent this place again.

Just perfect!!

This was one of the best condos I have stayed at PCP. Condo is completely updated and well taken care of. When we arrived everything was spotless clean. The condo is on the 23 floor with a beautiful view. I was a little worried about the size of the building but actually it was just perfect. There is 3 elevators and they run pretty fast. The longest we waited on one was during out check in which was less than 5 min. Parking is attached to the condo but there is also some parking spots under the building. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a family dinner. Bedrooms are big and beds are super comfortable including the sleeping sofa. Bathrooms are huge. I can’t say enough about this condo. We really enjoyed our stay and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Amazing Vacation

The condo was beautiful and made us feel right at home. The elevators were always working with very little wait time and we were on the 23rd floor. The view was spectacular as we watched multiple ocean wildlife. The location of the complex is great with lots of restaurants and activities close by. We will be returning.

This condo was perfect for two couples. Great location, everything was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The reason for 4 stars is because of the price. While it was really nice and the description was perfect. There were just way too many fees when booking. It added way too much to the price. Nearly $300 for cleaning fees is too much even under these circumstances. Other than that, it was perfect!

The Perfect Beach Home

Walking into this condo, my family was in awe at how beautiful this home was! Everything ocean….ocean colors, decor, fresh, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was stunning! Looking from the 23rd floor, we got to see schools of stingrays in the surf and dolphins. Truly a very relaxing vacation!
