This is a rare corner unit with a wrap-around balcony! It's set up specifically for families and larger groups. It has 2248 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, three baths with EVERYTHING you need including STUNNING SUNSET views!!! The kitchen is perfectly stocked with nice well working appliances, and all the proper cutlery, and dishes/items needed. There is also a large pantry closet, so you can keep the counters clutter free!. We stocked this unit with everything needed to cook for a large family or group if needed. Stylishly decorated with carefully chosen coastal contemporary decor that sets your vacation off perfectly with a relaxing, , beach experience that you and your family will never forget. Our goal is for this to quickly become your family's happy place! Bedroom Summary: • The Gulf Front - MASTER SUITE (Master Bedroom #1): Room sleeps 2\. This large bedroom offers incredible decor and provides a subtle elegance beyond expectations. It has a large king-size bed and a bay window overlooking the beach, ensuite bath with large garden tub and shower, large HD TV, a large walk-in closet, a private door accessing the wrap-around balcony, blackout privacy curtains... Everything you could want to relax comfortably. The soothing light greyish walls contrast beautifully with the color of the turquoise sea outside and completes the serenity of this beautiful room for the master retreat. • The Family Suite (bedroom #2): Room sleeps 6: This suite is perfect for a younger couple with children. It has a high-quality Queen-size bed. This suite also has a full-size over full-size bunk bed. Two children can safely ascend to the top bunk for a cozy night of sleep with our easy access staircase and handrails. We also provide a Pak n' Play portable crib/playpen in the closet of this bedroom. The Full-size Bunks high-quality handmade-crafted with a slightly distressed decor style. These bunk beds are spacious and provide extra sleeping arrangements for families/groups. In addition to the full size bunks that sleep 4 comfortably, we added the previously mentioned queen size bed for 2 additional people. We chose high end bedding to provide the utmost of comfort. Compare with other condos, ensuite private bathroom, and a large HD TV. • Second King Suite (bedroom #3): King size bed - Sleeps 2 This suite has both a beach / ocean view and a town view window (facing west) • The Bunk Room (bedroom #4): Room sleeps 4. It's mounted up high on the wall to be easily viewable from the top and bottom bunk. It's on the first floor. Or, just a short walk from the left of the condo there's Pier Park with more than a dozen restaurants, live entertainment, huge Sky Feris Wheel, an iMax Movie Theater, etc. • Winn-Dixie grocery is two blocks away (clearly visible from the condo window) and Walmart and Target are less than a mile away. • There are two churches within walking distance • Sharky's Grill is a short walk on the beach past Pier Park. They have great food right on the beach with rockin' live entertainment. • We recommend Marco's Pizza directly across the street from the resort (they have free delivery) • Friendly owner (that you will deal with the entire time). And always available by cell phone! • Competitive rates with higher than expected quality • Premier 7th Floor location provides postcard views without the noise of the street below and no long elevator wait times. Our family has made this trip every year for 20 years. We have rented everywhere. This is by far the best experience we have had!! From the owners to the condo, this is a 5 star place. Everything they said is true! Pools awesome, views awesome and Condo spectacular. The pools were relaxing, no one telling you not to have a raft or beach ball in the pool, etc. Bedding was wonderful and so comfy. They have a closet full of anything you need at the beach including coolers. The only problem I had was that they did not stock the beer!!! We had 10 individuals and did not run into each other....Very spacious! No, we are not related to the owners but they will definitely get to know our name. See you next year! Anytime of typical high traffic times can be rough with elevator service but being in the 7th floor made the stairs more doable. Overall the place is exactly as described. Lots of room for everyone. The owner is very quick to respond which is awesome. They have towels, extra blankets, lots of kitchen supplies, and even beach equipment. Parking is easy (I suggest parking on the 4th level bc there’s less cars and the elevator in the parking garage isn’t usually an issue). Condo came with 3 spots- we had 4 vehicles and were able to talk to the front desk staff (if they say no, speak with someone else until they say yes) and get another tag for cheap. The place is close to Pier Park, Walmart, and Target which is very convenient. No noise can be heard inside the condo from the outside which is a huge bonus! ##### Ryan W. Filled water glass on kitchen counter greeted us that was left by either cleaning crew or previous tenant. Comforters were stained, throw pillows on couch were covered in makeup or blood. Red sticky goop on back of one bedroom door, spider webs hanging from ceiling fan in master bedroom . Washing machine filled with dirty bathroom rugs and mats. Had to clean sand out of dryer before we could use. Pool on our side of building was closed all week. Had to wash all cooking pans before we could use. One elevator close to our room was out of order all week. NOT within walking distance of Pier Park as advertised. Loved the condo it’s spacious and comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. But the actual building needs serious help. The elevators did not work. Two of the three elevators on our side were broke and with 30 floors and springbreak we were forced to walk the stairs. My 74 year old husband hauled beach chairs up 7 floors. Not once but several times during our week stay. Some people were hauling luggage up 18 floors because the wait for elevators could be a hour. I think if it wasn’t such a busy week it might have been better. This condo is perfect for a large group and the owners were available if we needed anything. ##### Margie W. This property exceeded expectations. Beautiful condo with amazing view! The location couldn’t have been better and the amenities were perfect for our family. We visited in the off-season so the Starbucks & little ice cream parlor were closed but the small diner was great for a quick bite or drink. Walking distance to the Dog Beach, Pier Park/Square, grocery stores and more. The condo had beach chairs, towels, football/volley balls and other beach items for use. The bedroom and bathroom set up worked well for 3 families and the dining/family room provided plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, and the beach toy closet was very well equipped! The unit needs some deep-cleaning attention. The light fixtures had a thick layer of dust, as did the a/c vents. The bunk room bedding had to be washed before we could use it because it was sandy, and the mattress covers had some fresh stains that led us to wash them as well. It was as if the cleaning crew had done the surface and minimum but had not deep cleaned in some time. The trim/paint was chipped and peeling in quite a few spots and we felt we had to re-clean much of the unit before we could relax. The vacuum also stopped working on day one. We let the owner know and he tried to ship a new one, but it never arrived. He also said he would discuss the cleaning with his team. The owner was very responsive to our texts and questions before and during our stay. He even offered to Venmo us for Draino we needed to unclog 2 of the 3 shower drains. The building is very big and as others have said the elevators are slow. That frustration was compounded by the fact that the resort did nothing to enforce their posted rules about masks being worn so we often waited twice as long for an empty elevator car rather than risk Covid exposure. Once the bridge to the parking garage is completed it will be much more convenient to come and go. Until then you have to take a shuttle or risk crossing Front Beach Road with no crosswalk. I always like to give an honest and fair review so people know what to expect. The unit was a good size and mostly as described, other than the cleaning issues. The complex is busy, but in a good proximity to shopping, dining and activities. The owners were friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. ##### Emily K. This property was absolutely wonderful! We take a yearly extended family trip to Florida and this condo has definitely been one of our favorites. The balcony views were picture perfect! The property itself was clean & very comfortable for our party of 14\. We could have actually fit more in the space provided. Kitchen was ideal and well stocked for the big dinners fixed when we opted to stay in, but there was plenty of good food near by for when we decided to go out. Also plenty to do right down the road as well. Marc was great & always quick to respond before our arrival with any questions I had and during our stay. The only complaint I'd seen before hand in other reviews that we did experience (which has NOTHING to do with this condo itself or the owner) was the elevators. During peak times of the day they could be a tad slow. It in no way changed our minds about how pleased we were with everything tho & it wasn't that big of a deal. We all highly recommend this property and our week spent there was definitely not long enough. A++ Property!! ##### Holly T.
