Gulfgate 409 is nicely updated with a charming, coastal décor! There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and the guest bedroom has two twin size beds. In the living area is a queen sleeper sofa. The two bathrooms both have a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to prepare meals. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony offers you a stunning view of the sugar white sandy beach and blue green water of the Gulf. It is the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

Staying at Gulfgate you will be close to all that PCB has to : Captain Jack's, Finn's, Alibi's Bar & Grill, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, shopping at Alvin's Island, Golf cart rentals, mini golf at Emerald Falls, Adventures at Sea pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, Signal Hill golf course, and so much more! Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here several times. It appears that the property needs some TLC. Outside doors are hard to open.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the apartment with the floor so dirty that we couldn't walk on it. We had to buy cleaning products and clean the entire floor. The bathroom doors were broken, the electrical outlets in the hallway were broken, and the cables were exposed. Unfortunately, we stayed here because of how far away we lived. A complete failure. Anyone can access the pool from the street and the beach. We couldn't use the lamps for even a day because of the amount of Clorox it had. The elevator was dirty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Gulfgate. The only complaint I have is that the pet area is very small. Also, the air conditioning couldn't keep up with the summer heat. The staff was great, the place looks like the pictures, and when the connecton messed up on our door lock, maintenance took care of it immediately. We will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room 409 was very dated not a lot about the room had been updated. Living room furniture was pretty much wore out. When we arrived the the condo was 78 degrees inside. We turned the unit to 70 and it took all night to cool down. We ended up having to go and purchase and fans just to stay cool. Reported the issue to the the office manager and was asked just how cool I thought an AC should get. The outdoor trash cans were always full with trashed piled up around them. For this place too pet friendly there was very little area to walk the dogs. I will say the beds were very comfortable and the beach was beautiful.
