The unit (and complex) could use some updating and TLC, but it was comfortable, roomy, and reasonably priced. The refrigerator works but the first thing we noticed is rust on the door, doors do not fit and are hard to open. There was a hole in the wall in the living room, and the whole place needs paint to cover wear and tear from years of guest. The property itself was good, I prefer Thomas Drive end of PCB and this building only has 5 floors so the beach was not packed and parking was not a problem. Overall I would not recommend unit 301, the owners should have put money into this unit a couple years ago, my family was not as comfortable as we should have been for as much as we paid, I forgot to mention only one bedroom has a TV, not a big deal but again as cheap as TVs are that would just add another layer of comfort for these owner guest, but it seems they only care about how much they can profit and not the satisfaction of their guests comfort. 👎 ##### James G.
