    You must go to the Guest Services office on arrival to get your parking pass and wristbands. Regency Towers HOA charges a fee of $40.00 for parking and wristbands. This charge covers your 1st vehicle and wristbands. Each vehicle after 1st vehicle is an additional $15.00 per vehicle. Maximum of 3 vehicles. These charges are in addition to what you have paid Signature Destinations and you are responsible for this fee at check in.

Perfect beach vacation!

It was a great time in PCB wish it didnā€™t end and that was a big part due to Signature. Throughout the entire trip they made sure we were happy and if we needed anything they made sure we were aware that they could help with that. Also, the instructions were very clear from check in to check out.
