We are recently home from what seems like our “home away from home”. Can’t say enough great things about Emerald Overlook…clean, comfortable, awesome balcony and views, fully stocked kitchen, same floor as gym and heated pool. And best of all it’s pet friendly so I (Indy) can come too! The pool deck is a great place to catch famous PCB sunsets. The Grand Panama Resort staff keeps everything clean and is in a great location for shopping, restaurants, activities and groceries. Ruth is a great host and I’m excited that we are booked with her for next year. ##### Julie a. We were celebrating our honeymoon, so Ruth gifted us with red wine and bottled water, petals and candles on the bed, and candles on the kitchen counter around the wine and water, plus a “Congratulations” banner. Such a personal and loving touch to our stay. The condo has an amazing view of the beach and ocean on the patio where we spent a lot of time. The condo is simply lovely and so comfortable. Gym facilities across the hall, pool/hot tub steps away. Door in front of elevators. Beach accessories (wagon, chairs, toys) already there! The condo is not directly on the beach, but you feel like it. You’re on the beach in minutes. Great place for small pets too due to convenience of elevators so close. Recommend!!! ##### ashley j. We needed a little spot to getaway!! Perfect spot. Very close to everything needed. Pool was right there, beach was just some steps from our door. Everything was effortless!! Let’s talk about the actual condo….CLEAN and AIRY!! I loved the decor, the bathrooms and the bedroom. LOVE!! The cutest touch were the two bunk beds and we were also able to bring our pets for a small fee and they had a blast as well. The patio….\*CHEF’S KISS. Will we back??!! YEPPER!!!! ##### Jarvis M. It's hard to find a clean pet friendly location. I'm very picky and our shitzu is like our child. He gets groomed regularly so if it smells like pet I will not stay. The condo was very neat and clean. I felt like I was at home. Kitchen was fully stock with everything you would need to cook with pots, pans, etc. The view of the ocean was fabulous and relaxing to say it was across the street. You had a direct view of the ocean. The condo was pet friendly but you couldn't tell that a pet was in there. Pictures online don't do this condo any justice. It is very pretty in person and Ruth is very easy to work with. She answered all my questions before I arrived and the check in process is simple and easy. I will be back soon!! ##### Brandy H. Comfortable king bed. Only a few minor things the balcony was not clean lots of sand from prior renters, the water coming out bathroom and kitchen faucets warm not hot, shower was fine. Nice big balcony with good view of beach/water. The adirondak chairs were my fav spot to sit esp later in the day when balcony shaded. The other outdoor furniture needs updating. Host was excellent and quick to respond. The condo main office had sporadic coverage at the desk so getting parking pass and pool bracelets may be challenging. Overall very good condo and nothing that would prevent me from renting again. ##### lisa a. This was my husband’s 60th birthday present. He had NO idea where we were going. I got him in the car on a false pretense we were going to see family in Alabama. When we pulled into the property parking he was shocked. We spent our time between the beach and pool. It was beautiful, beyond clean- there was never a time I was out of the room I didn’t see someone cleaning. The grounds were perfect for walking our dog. The dog park was a great idea. The condo we stayed in was superb- kuddos Ruth. There was a blonde woman in the general store who doted on our dog - Bernie Sanders. She even brought treats for him. The property is quiet.
