→STARTER KIT OF SUPPLIES: 4-6 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2-4 dishwasher packs, dish soap & sponge, liquid hand soap, 3 laundry pods, TRAVEL SIZE body wash, lotion, shampoo, & conditioner, 2-3 kitchen trash can bags, and 3 trash can bags for the rest of the trash cans in the condo.

→PLEASE NOTE: we do not provide refills for the "Starter Kit of Supplies" neither the "Coffee Starter" during your stay.

→WE PROVIDE BEACH TOWLES.
Bath towels or blankets cannot be removed from the home at any time.

~~You will find the wristbands on the kitchen island. The WRISTBANDS are reusable, THEY MUST BE LEFT IN THE UNIT after each departure, there will be a $35 charge for each missing wristband.

****IMPORTANT INFORMATION****
Guest are required to pay a one time resort fee of $78.17 including taxes. PER RESERVATION, (not per person, nor per night). That includes 7 WRISTBANDS & 2 PARKING PASSES. Resort fee is paid directly to SymLiv online. You will receive a message with a link to pay the resort fee and to register. We do not collect this money and it is not included in your total amount. This fee is nonrefundable.
Additional parking available nearby for a fee if needed.

Wristbands must be worn or carried at all times while on the property to access the resort amenities. Children 12 and under do not require a wristband.
Anyone over 12 years of age without a wristband will be asked to leave the resort.

***MAX OCCUPANCY OF 7*** INCLUDING CHILDREN & INFANTS.

→Additional guest fee after 6 guests is $20 per person / per day.

→If a guest is found to bring additional unauthorized guests for their stay, it will result in additional fee of $100 per guest per day or cancellation of the Booking. Cancellations for unauthorized guests are discretion of the host.

→Check out time is at 10 AM. Cleaners will need to access the unit as early as possible to get ready for our next guest.

→Late check out fees will apply at $50.00 per each half hour after 10:00 A.M. unless arrangements are made for late check out with the host.

→No Pets allowed!
Guests will be asked to leave without refund and will be charged a cleaning mitigation.
***If you bring a service animal, you must notify me of what services the pet provides.
***No support animals allowed.

→Smoking violation fee $200

→ Please note that ONLY from March 28th - April 11th, the Primary Renter must be 21 years old and ID will be required from every person in the group during this period per the City ordinance 1667 High Intensity Periods (HIP).

In peak season there is live music each night to enjoy while having dinner, or after dinner snacks. Each night at 8pm there is a light and music show on the lake. How often can you enjoy so many perks and amenities on one property!

**We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates!
Snowbird season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualify quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day on the month) and the departure date, (must be the day of 1st the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approve. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. Please let us know if you're interest and to further assist.

***TRAVEL INSURANCE***
Life can be unexpected! Avoid CANCELLATION policy worries. Changes in fortune, weather, airlines, family, & more DO occur… you just never know!

We recommend trip INSURANCE to cover costs associated with trip cancellations, interruptions, emergency evacuations, medical emergencies, & more.

***SAFETY & SECURITY***
This property features a ring camera device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by device and protects you 24 hours a day. No interior cameras at this property.” Any tempering or destroying video devices will result in immediate evection. Photos of the device location are available in the description photos.
