The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies. \*\*This property doesn't allow groups of adults age 25 or under, with no exceptions. \*\* \*\*Top of the Gulf charges a $30 registration fee at check-in, which includes a parking pass. 4 wristbands are provided in the unit upon arrival and must be left in the unit before check-out. Great price. Extremely easy access to the beach. Great pool!! The room and listing of the room need a few tweeks to make it better though: \*On the listing it says closet and hangers available, but when we arrived, the closet door says "Owner Use Only", so we had nowhere to hang our clothes or anything that needed to dry. \*the shower drain is very slow \*the bathroom fan doesn't work \*The toilet flapper valve needs replaced, so the toilet runs constantly and is quite annoying at night \*the left rear stove top burner doesn't work \*the checkout directions need to be streamlined--the email and text that we received had contradicting information--one said to turn the thermostat to 78 degrees and the other said 74 degrees ##### Robin P. We enjoyed our room as well. Just the floors were nasty and the toilet ran all through the night which was loud in such a small space. We were advised to contact owner if problems were to arise, well we emailed owner of problems listed above, we were emailed back stating someone would contact property manager to take care of the running toilet and clean room, well we left the room for a while, come back the room was cleaned (thanks) but the noisy toilet was never dealt with! After we emailed several stating it was not worked on, and kept getting told someone was coming to fix, we stayed 2 days and 2 nights and no one never came. So we were not satisfied with communication and the failure to help make this stay the beat possible! :( and why have a 139$ cleaning fee when our room floor was so nasty we had to wear socks and there was hair everywhere on the floor, and we had to take out our own trash and request that you all even clean our room :( not satisfying!!
