Right between Rosemary and Alys beach. We loved biking mostly everywhere and using Jake’s beach service for umbrellas and chairs. Our group enjoyed early morning workouts at the Rosemary beach fitness center, live music at peddlers in seacrest, shopping in Rosemary beach and Alys beach, and dinner out in seaside (30min drive). We had plenty of space and utilized all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was tidy and nicely furnished. We did notice quite a bit of dust in a couple of the bedrooms but not a big deal. The 1st floor bathroom needs updating but it worked fine. The overall location was great and beach access was very easy. The pool was the perfect size for everyone to gather around. We had 13 family members in our group (10 adults and 3 children). The shaded pool was a real bonus for our group to talk, play, and keep cool during the hot afternoon hours, and after dark. --- at times when we were not at the beautiful beach. 30A Escapes was very quick and willing to fix any problems. We eventually figured out everything we needed to know about the house and the facilities, (e.g. beach trail location, beach chairs information, etc.), but an information sheet would have been nice. Having chairs on the beach was a great bonus! There were no bike helmets available. even though we required to sign a waiver saying that we would wear them. ##### Ronald R.
