The resort has a game room which my kids love. The indoor pools, outdoors pools, and beach were all great. The actual unit was fairly nice but had some things that made it seem cheap. The dishwasher was not secured and if you put too heavy of items while loading, it would fall forward. We went to adjust the curtain in the master bedroom to look outside and the rod came crashing down. Turns out it was secured with tape and had clearly previously had issues. The master bed frame was so poorly done that it literally sunk in the middle. The mattresses were pretty bad as well. The stove top was pretty bad so I tried to soak and clean the metal stove top pieces. They rusted. I didn't even know that these came in a material that could rust. The perks were that the unit did have their freezer hooked up to water so that there was an ice maker. The washing machine did a great job. The necessary kitchen tools were all there. There were supposed to be parking passes and armbands waiting for us so we could enjoy amenities, but we did not receive those for more than 24hrs. We were subject to be towed the entire time we waited. There was a massive water leak that we had to clean up multiple times for THREE days before maintenance finally fixed the issue. We were in constant communication with the property, but everything took forever. When we contacted vrbo support, they offered little help. Will never stay here again or use Vrbo as no one has really offered us any compensation or refund for this terrible vacation. ##### Jesse H.
