When you're not kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, or sunbathing at the beach, you'll be only two miles northwest of St. Andrews State Park - a mecca for swimming, snorkeling, and fishing. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island - itā€™s only accessible by boat! Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just over eight mile away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers beautiful views of the Gulf. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just four-and-a-half miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
