Reviewer Comments: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was awesome. The quick walk down to the beach several times a day was great. Everyone was courteous and respectful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when not at the beach. Beach was never crowded and lots of families at condo. Parking was easy and prime location to a lot of restaurants and things to do. I only have three suggestions: (1) a more thorough cleaning of the floors. Our feet were black within minutes of being at the condo (2) cushions for the chairs on balcony, the seats are hard and not tolerable for very long (3) a new mattress. We could feel every spring and woke up sore each day. Other than those few things, the trip was perfect and we would definitely stay again! ##### Erika S. Couch bed was very comfortable.Cons: HVAC so loud in the bedroom I had to sleep in the living room on the hideaway bed. Pool was very outdated and small. Parking was not good, too many cars with little parking. Room right above the pool area and noisy. Reviewer Comments: Vacation was great. Love staying at Gulf Gate but the room was ok. Some areas need to be fixed and it needed some deep cleaning on walls in kitchen and bathroom.
