Our family had a great time here. Very clean unit with a large balcony. The building was also very clean. The elevators were fast, parking was easy, and the check-in and check-out process was simple. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the beach, and we also liked being able to use the rental chairs that came with the reservation. The pool bar also had a machine to get ice every day that was convenient. This property was very nice. Everything was clean. Unit was bigger than expected. The outside deck was huge! Kitchen was well stocked. Property is gated, so it felt very safe. The assigned parking spot was also nice. Elevators were fast and we never had to wait more than 15 seconds for one to arrive. There were 2 hot tubs and 2 pools. There was another small pool (kiddie pool?) near the tiki bar. Free beach chairs were also a nice benefit. Cons: the spare bedroom bed frame was quite squeaky, no beach towels and no hair dryer. Sunsets are perfect. Garage parking is wonderful. Elevators are fast and has air flow. Outdoor pools are so nice. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great fall week in PCB. This unit with the enormous balcony facing the gulf was an excellent deal. The management couldn't have been nicer and the building was very well kept. The only real problem we had was the TV in one of the Bedrooms wasn't working and the overhead light in the mechanical room was 'burned' out where as we were forced to use our "Flashlite" app on our phones so we could see how to operate the washer/dryer, other than that we had an enjoyable time.. ##### Thomas Stayed 5 nights in Apr 2023
