This 3 bedroom, 3 bath is conveniently located on the ground floor which gives you easy access to the pool or beach without waiting for elevators. Tile floors throughout, large bedrooms two which feature king size beds, and one with two queens. The gulf front living room offers a flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The only complaint is that there is NO usable outdoor furniture. There are two tables one high and one low but NO CHAIRS. There are also two swivel chairs that are rusted off the bases and falling apart, truly not usable, and should be removed from the premises before someone gets seriously hurt. The condo was nice inside. We liked having our own bathroom for each bedroom. From the patio, there is a gate to the west end going to the pool area and out to the beach, which was very convenient. Cons: The patio was very disappointing. What other reviewers stated has not changed as far as the furniture. There are 2 wicker chairs. One was not useable as the wicker fell through the seat, and the base was rusted off. The other wicker chair's base was rusted off & laying against the wall. It had wicker sticking out and scratched several of us. There is 1 round table, but NO chairs. The high table has 2 chairs with no backs, so we had to lean against the wall to be comfortable. A message was sent to the owner regarding the wicker chairs - no response.The sprinkler system went off on Mon., Wed., and Fri. and soaked the entire patio and all of our things. Maintenance was contacted - not fixed. It looks like there is black mold above the patio doors/ceiling. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nicely furnished but the furniture and rugs could use a deep cleaning, plus the rugs all seem to be curling up causing trip hazards. There were 6 of us and half thought the mattresses were too hard, but the other 3 were ok, so guess it depends on your sleeping preference. The complex is very strict & the security guard seemed to be a little aggressive with some guests, plus they closed the pool a few times due to weather, when the skies were blue, but great quiet location with beautiful white sand & the bluest waters. The condo offers complimentary beach chairs, but the rental guy was kind of a jerk, but a nice perk of renting the condo. The condo in walking distance to a couple of places to eat/drink, highly recommend Patches which is right outside the condo. ##### Teresa D.
