Bathroom, kitchen, bed and living areas were clean and appeared freshly done. Only issue was the living room furniture that was a little worn but I put towels over the arms and all was good. The little bunk beds would have been delightful for someone traveling with small children. Very cute. Location is absolute best. We will go straight through Pinnacle Port next rental. No more vrbo. The condo was the right size and looked like the pictures. But it wasnt clean. The hideaway bed was absolutely disgusting. Had blood stains and other debree on it. The fans had dust hanging off them. The rug in the bathroom was pretty dilapidated and the Hisense machine (dehumidifier)made loud noises. No beach or traffic congestion! This is located in a prime location for decompressing from the 30A congestion. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. It sat right on the beach with a beach view. All in all a great stay for a family of 5. Only issue was pools aren’t open this early in March. The maintenance people said they have to have a few nights of over 60 degrees before they officially open it. I would verify it to be open prior to booking trip. Reviewer Comments: Overall, good experience. The property was clean. The building is old and the furniture in the living area has been well loved. It wasn't fancy but we had all we needed. I was there with my daughter so the amount of space was just right. The people above us or next to use smoked pot a lot and it seemed to come through the ventilation system. That part was a bummer but not the owner's fault. I agree with another reviewer that it would be nice to have more extra pillows and blankets. The one thing that would keep me from returning to this property was the elevator didn't work half the time. This was especially a problem when we were trying to leave and had all of our luggage and belongings we needed to take out to the car. It was 6 a.m. and we had quite a lot of stuff to carry and needed to get on the road. The elevator wouldn't work! We had to make several trips carrying our suitcases and other bags down the steps. It was a ton of work! It would have been nice to be able to use the luggage valet to load everything on and take the elevator down. By the time we got in the car, we were exhausted! And it was 6 am so we were trying to be mindful of the other people sleeping in the buliding and it was nearly impossible to leave quielty down the stars carrying everything. I also see this as a problem because what if you had someone with you that couldn't take the stairs? If there was an emergency and you couldn't get down the stairs, you'd be in trouble. If it were an older couple trying to carry everything up and down the stairs it would be a strain and some may not be able to do it. The elevator is not the owner's fault but the property manager of the building in general needs to take care of this elevator issue. The elevator was the biggest issue.
