We offer the best of Emerald Coast life away from the hustle and bustle of the Miracle Strip but still a short drive to Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and fine dining. The cleaning service charges $25 every 15 minutes past checkout they have to wait. Please complete the following prior to departure:
-Check to make sure the pool light is off and all other lights.
-Check to make sure the A/C is set to 76 degrees
Please clean the barbecue between uses to ensure it is usable for future guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
Granny’s Rules: Never, ever leave children unattended in or near the pool. Shower outside before you come inside or jump in the pool.
Never flush anything that didn’t come from you or the roll. Leave your shoes by the door. Never put grease or food down the drain.
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. each night
