There was a few things I would fix. The air only going down to 68 with a heat advisory and it’s being 100 every day it was hot in the room. It was so hot at night time we took showers in the middle of the night to cool down. There is mold all over the furniture outside and all over the door. My family is allergic to mold so they couldn enjoy being outside watching the ocean which that was a bummer that’s why we got this condo. It’s nicely decorated and easily accessible. The balcony was a perfect place to watch the ocean! Getting to the beach was pretty easy. The elevators were usually pretty easy to use without much waiting. The staff around the building were pleasant and helpful. When we got to the property we realized our parking passes were not on the counter in the unit. I talked to the attendant on site and he actually wrote us some temporary passes while I contacted the property manager. James called me back quickly and got the issue resolved. Pictures of property were very accurate, wonderful spacious condo, excellent beach views, literally takes less than 2 minutes to be on the beach from the condo.
