I do give credit for rental company sending someone out quickly. I was told after I made reservations that the kids mushroom play area would be closed during our stay, I specifically asked if both of the pools would be open and I was told that they would be. However, we found out upon arrival that one of the pools was closed. The rental company told me they are the management company and can only relay information provided by the resort.
