This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access is available and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period. Currently there is beach access at Tower 1. PLEASE MESSAGE PROPERTY MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE FROM COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION FOR DETAILS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION This condo has key-less entry. There are two beach chairs with an umbrella included in the rental from March 01, 2026 through October 31, 2026\. Internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo. During the month of March, there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach and beach access is typically restricted by the City of Panama City Beach from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Alcohol is allowed at all pool areas during this time. From the moment the door is opened, the breathtaking views and the attention to detail are all around. Everything about this 9th floor condo will please your senses. The well supplied and updated kitchen, complete with upgraded cabinets and granite counter tops, makes preparing meals a breeze. Seating for the entire family is not a problem. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar seats two. provides a cozy and comfortable place to wind down after a beautiful day at the beach. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed , a private master bath with NEW WALK-IN SHOWER, double vanity with granite counter top, floor to ceiling windows, and a private door to the balcony with new balcony furniture The guest bedroom sleeps four in brand new queen beds. Guests sleeping in this room also a private full bath with over-sized garden tub, double vanity with granite counter top, floor to ceiling windows, and private door to the balcony. Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort has 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. A poolside bar and grill is conveniently located at the Lagoon Pool. Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street--not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Super Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are within walking distance or just a short drive away. Master bedroom bed is the most comfortable of any condo we’ve stayed in at the LongBeach Resort, and family in the second bedroom said the same thing. Remodeled step in shower with large rain shower head is great in the master! Air conditioning stayed at cool 69 degrees the entire time. We love PCB and the Long Beach resort and would highly recommend this particular condo! ##### Micki D. The owner thought of everything one would need. The furniture on the deck was the most comfortable we have ever experienced. Quick and friendly response to any issues. Water pressure was amazing. Very well equipped. Easy to keep clean from all the slick surfaces. Maureen was very helpful and available when I or my mother needed her. A good add and the only suggestion would be a knife block with steak knives and kitchen scissors. View from the deck was amazing. We were ahead of the season by a few days. We weren’t disappointed. The condo was a perfect size for our family of five. The balcony was perfect for the whole family and spectacular views. The washer and dryer were great to have. We enjoyed the room, was able to get in earlier & it was very clean. We did not enjoy the loud music, screams, wild teenagers at 3am on Thursday and Friday night/morning. Security used to be good at Long Beach, but I’m guessing it’s like all the other places in the world & not enough workers. I was sad to see the trash of beer cans, bottles, food wrappers on the beach from the same group of partiers… we all can have a good time but respect the beach and the other guest. It was very clean, great views, and very spacious. It was very convenient to all the attractions. It had everything we needed. An added bonus the beds were all very comfortable. The only downside to the condo was the construction going during our stay. They were making repairs from the hurricane last year. So, the 2nd pool was closed and the entrance to the beach was also blocked off. It would of been nice to have known that before we arrived. Luckily, the construction didn’t impact us as bad as the units on the end of tower II. Overall, very pleased with condo, it just would have been nice to have better communication about the construction. ##### Julie O. I don’t expect to have a stocked kitchen but there was not even salt or pepper in those cabinets. I’ve NEVER seen that in a condo. Ever. It was very aggravating to have make store runs for every tiny thing. The worst was that I never received my parking pass in the mail and when I called the manager, she was extremely rude, wanted me to pay for new parking passes and actually hung up the phone on me. Many people here said that she was a nice manager but I saw a completely different side. To actually hang up on me. It made me start my very needed vacation on a really sour note.
