🚭 No Smoking/Vaping
No smoking and/or vaping inside the house or on patios. Any smoke odor or damage may result in extra cleaning charges of $250 as well as payment to the Host/Host on any damages to furnishings, and household items during your stay.

Enhance your beach experience with our complimentary beach wagon, beach towels, chairs, and some beach gear. Please note, we do not provide beach umbrellas.

🚗 Parking Charge Information
All guests must register prior to their stay at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort Guest Registration
The mandatory resort registration fee is $50 per condo per stay, and this fee includes one vehicle pass.
This fee is required whether you bring a car or not.

If you plan to bring additional vehicles or motorcycles, the following fees apply:
🚗 Additional Vehicles
• Add a 2nd vehicle: +$30
• Add a 3rd vehicle: +$50
You must select the 2nd vehicle option before adding a 3rd vehicle.
Maximum of 3 vehicle passes total.

🏍 Motorcycles (Non-Bike Weeks)
• One additional motorcycle: +$20
• Two additional motorcycles: +$40
• Three additional motorcycles: +$60
🏍 Motorcycles During Bike Weeks
• Additional motorcycles are free during Bike Weeks per resort guidelines.

🚐 Trailer / RV Parking
• Trailer/RV parking is only allowed between September 15 through May 15.
• During Non-Bike Weeks: $40 per week
• During Bike Weeks: free within
• Trailer/RV stays longer than 7 nights require approval through Owner Services.
