This nicely furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium, located in Tower I on the 19th floor, opens to a private balcony where views of Gulf of Mexico, sugar-white sands, and emerald waters wash away your stress. Our full kitchen with modern appliances includes a kitchen island with bar stools. The spacious living room opens to the balcony with spectacular beach views. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed and an attached bath, serves you to rest and relax. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed also with attached bathroom, and the living room offers a pull-out, queen size sofa bed. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs. On site amenities include a health club, five pools, a movie theater, and a market that features Starbucks Coffee and fresh deli items. Other shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all close by. Majestic Towers I comes with a gorgeous view of the town also at the North side of the building.

The view was amazing! The resort was great with beach access, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Starbucks and a bar on the property. Very kid friendly and close to restaurants and lots of things to do with the kids. Super easy check in and out. Highly recommend!

Everything was great, only issue was the elevators being limited due to maintenance. Rooms was clean and the condo was minutes from everything. I would definitely stay there again. The onwer came by on the first day to do a well check on us.

The property was nice and conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping centers. Our room on the 19th floor was really clean and organized. We had a great view of the gulf. Had easy access to the pools and beach. We want to book again for next trip down to PCB.

Great view and great area

Great place to stay. We loved the view and it was so convenient to have everything so close to us. We had a rainy day and to have a bar and grill on site was great so we didn’t have to go out. So many pools so if one was busy you could easily go to another that was less crowded. Our boys loved the hot tubs. Definitely recommend and will stay here again if given the chance

Best place in Panama City Beach

I absolutely love this place. I've stayed here 4 years in a row so far, and it's great every time. The owner Mark is very friendly and accommodating. He has updated the unit over the years, with more modern appliances, and generally takes good care of the unit. I can't recommend this room or the owner enough. We'll give more stars if I can, but I'm happy.tl leave all 5.

It was a good place to stay. Needs to be updated and cleaned a little better. Great view! Had plenty of dishes, utensils, and kitchen accessories. It also had extra beach towels if needed.

Great place to stay. The view is amazing. Jessica at the bar was great. Felix and “The other Security guard” were funny and great too. Mark was an amazing host. He was readily available for all questions and needs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need, although we did not use hardly any of it. Our stay was short and sweet. We enjoyed the balcony and hot tub along with easy access to the beach during our downtime. Definitely would stay here again.

The elevators suck

The room is good a little out dated but good, clean the owner is friendly and easy to get a hold of, but the elevators and on the 19th floor hard to take stairs. At times we only had 1 elevator that worked and its a safety hazard. Went up and dropped 3 floors.

Scary 2nd day

All was good however on day 2 a person was shot on the beach from tower 1 floor 16. Too the property/condo was great except for the fact the dryer did not work: however the owner did reimburse me for washer and dryer not working properly. Other than those two issues it is a great place and my kids and I had a great time.
