This Rosemary Beach Carriage House Is Steps To The Beach And Around The Corner From The Center Of Town. It Is Perfect For A Couples Getaway Or A Family Vacation Of Four. Professionally Decorated With Custom Furnishing And A Modern Updated Kitchen With Stainless Appliances, Makes This Open Floor Plan Truly Unique.
The Living Space Allows For Comfortable Seating And The Large Screen TV Is Perfect For Watching Your Favorite Movie Or Sporting Event.
There Are Two Separate Sleeping Areas, The Loft Area With A Queen Size Bed Is Semi Private And Very Relaxing. The Other Queen Bed Is Part Of The Studio Concept On The First Floor With Plenty Of Hanging Space.
The First Floor Bathroom Features A Walk-in Shower And Great Lighting. The Washer/dryer Unit Is Also Inside The House And Located On The First Floor
Garage parking is also available.

My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon. It was great, plenty of room and very clean! It was close enough to walk to everything, beach, restaurants, shopping, etc, even at 31 weeks pregnant!

August Vacation

We loved our stay at the cottage. Location was great and close to everything. We able were to park our car in the garage which was a nice benefit. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were nice linens. Would definitely stay again!!

Cute Carriage House and Fantastic Location

We enjoyed our stay in Rosemary beach as a family of 4 (2 young kiddos)! This carriage house provided a fantastic vacation in that it really is steps to the beach and in a FANTASTIC location where you can walk/bike everywhere to eat and shop! It is such a cozy little community - we will def be back!

Great Location and well appointed

Our stay in the carriage house was perfect for the 2 of us. It was very clean upon arrival. The location was great for us, close to the pool and beach, best of both worlds.

Wonderful stay during our first visit to the area. Very much like Rosemary Beach and surrounding 30A communities. We enjoyed the property and its ideal location close to downtown, beach, bike paths, etc. Will definitely consider returning.

Wonderful Rosemary Beach Stay

We had a wonderful time in this cozy carriage house. It was a great location close to beach, clean and full of little amenities including soap, laundry detergent and Amavida coffee which we enjoyed! Cheryl also was very responsive with allowing us early check in allowing our littlest to nap! We’d love to stay there again.
