The balcony, and being on the 6th floor was incredible. Spent a lot of time out there. Communication with the owner was amazing. Our only complaints are with the complex/resort. Suppose to have a hot tub, but that was out of order and under major construction. Would have been nice to know that, since I made a point to pick a place that included a hot tub. We loved the condo as it was very clean and convenient to everything but far enough away from the busy street.
