Welcome to Changes in Latitudes! Let us show you what the beach is all about. This spectacular 3-bedroom, 3 full bath and 2 half bath home with a private pool is a must see! 50 yards from the whitest sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. We are 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Private parking! Space for Thunder Beach trailer and car/truck.

This beautiful home has 3 levels: On the 1st Floor there is the spacious living room, large dining room table, bar stools at the counter and tile floors throughout first floor. The living room area also features a large 55" Smart television and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and state-of-the-art appliances.

The 2nd level has another living area with television, blu ray player, a wet bar with sink + 1/2 bath, queen memory foam sleeper sofa and beautiful built in bunk beds. This level also features beautiful hardwood floors and a large guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath.

The 3rd level has the master bedroom with king bed, private master bathroom with walk-in shower and sunken tub (no jets). Also on this level is another guest bedroom with two queen beds. The house sleeps 12 comfortably and is across the street from the ocean. The house also has a PRIVATE POOL, with outdoor dining and living at its best.

Balconies off the 2nd floor living area and guest room, as well as off the master bedroom.

Faux fireplaces in the dining area and master bedroom.

Keurig coffee maker to get your morning off to a great start before a day at the beach. Drip coffee maker is also available.

We provide lots of large fluffy towels in each bathroom. We also provide colorful beach towels and all bed linens.

Walking distance to several local restaurants, about 5 miles to the infamous Pier Park Shopping area, and a short Uber away from nightclubs.

Free Wi-Fi for guests.

Fall Break Getaway

This property was in a perfect location! You were steps to the beach and several restaurants and attractions. The house was nice for 3 families with kids to hang out! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed our stay here, it was beautiful and eveything was very nice. The host thought of all the extras with lots of towels, trash bags, even a few kcups. She was very responsive and helped us check in when we had problems with the app. We would recommend this host/house to family and friends.

Fantastic!

This house is perfect! It is clean and spacious; so close to the beach and other places. The location enabled the big kids to walk to other places - getting ice cream, food or shopping, etc. The house has everything you need, including a nice, working washer and dryer set. The host is incredible. I must say that we have never stayed anywhere with a host that comes close. She (Jessica) goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need - or want - to make this a perfect vacation. We will come back here any time we can.

Short walk to the beach

Location was closer than expected to the beach which was wonderful and the beach was never crowded. The unit came with plenty of beach towels and the kids swam in the pool almost everyday we were there. Very pleased with our stay!

Vacation Bliss!

Wonderful property and location, plenty of room for 3 couples and a visiting couple. So clean and updated and a very short and pleasant walk to the beach! Absolutely wonderful!

We’ve booked this property more than once and every single time it’s been absolutely wonderful. Location is literally walking distance to the beach, which is great with young kids and a whole bunch of beach stuff to carry. Always very clean and well maintained. Perfect Vacation home

Amazing place!

We had the best time at this condo. The back patio and pool were perfect. The amount of space fit our group of 8 perfectly. The walk to the beach was right around the corner. Jessica was great to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting PCB!

Changes in Latitude has the perfect location in PCB. Proximity to the beach was perfect as well as the house and pool.
