The Original Bahama Beach Villa is a privately owned Beach Home located on Front Beach Road overlooking the Gulf of America, with a PRIVATE Saltwater Heated Pool (Heated on Request). Located in Bahama Beach which is the premier Residential beach in Panama City Beach, right on Beach Access #48. Sleeps 2 to 16 guests. The booking is ONLY for the amount of guests stated and registered in your booking, including any children. No day or night visitors or additional guests are allowed anywhere on the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. Additional guests or visitors over the stated guests need to be preapproved, and if approved, additional fees are required for the entire length of the group's stay. Bahama Beach Villa has FOUR Bedrooms, FOUR Baths, Two Kitchens, TWO Dishwashers, TWO Central AC, one on each floor, Two Extra Large decks overlooking the Gulf of America, plus two outside showers. Each floor has a separate outdoor entrance for privacy. Our Bahama Beach Villa is a private 2400 square feet beach home with an additional 1,200 square feet of ocean front view decks and 180 degrees panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. This fully furnished 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms private beach house is located directly across the street from the residential white sandy beaches of Bahama Beach in Panama City Beach, Florida. Just step off the spacious front decks and walk a few steps across the street and you are on the white powdery sands and in the clear emerald, turquoise waters of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is right in the middle of the nearby Pier Park and the County Pier and all the action, but our residential beach is quiet and relaxing. With two stories of living space and spacious decks, the views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of America are endless. The home has large deck areas as well as a very private, large, fenced in patio/garden back yard with a Heated Saltwater Pool, HEATING is optional and requires a $325 onetime fee, if requested, perfect for entertaining, socializing, or for just taking a well deserve afternoon nap in a comfy beach chair enjoying the breeze of the trade winds. Or maybe you just want to relax a bit in the shade with a cool drink while listening to the gentle waves of the Gulf and relishing in the beautiful views as you enjoy the sunrises, sunsets, or even the moon nestling over our beach. The house is fully equipped with just about everything you need, including kitchen appliances, utensils, pots and pans, bed linens, plenty of towels, plenty of deck/balcony tables & chairs and several portable pack n' plays/highchairs for the babies and outdoor security cameras. There is abundant FREE parking space for up to 10 cars. RVs, Boats and trailers need to be preapproved.
Nearby we also have two beach front upper and lower cottage units that are very private. Each cottage can be rented separately or as a part of a package that includes the two beach front cottages.
