Our one-bedroom condo is in this perfect little complex ideal for couples or small families. We have a balcony and are mere steps to two gorgeous courtyard pools and the beach just beyond across the street to public beach access #70\. No fighting for a parking space, no lengthy elevators to wait on, no crowds of people. Inside our 2nd floor condo (this does require a flight of stairs), you'll find an ample living area, a full kitchen for all you need to make meals or snacks w/new appliances, dining seating, and a private balcony overlooking the pools. The one-bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the living area offers a sleeper sofa for a maximum occupancy of 4\. One bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combination. We have a private washer/dryer and free Wifi for your convenience.
