Located in Long Beach Resort, this elegant Gulf Front condo is located on the 10th floor. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this condominium comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 1 beachfront king suite, a beach view suite with 2 queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. You'll love the huge beachfront balcony, too! Long Beach Resort will be undergoing a large renovation project from August 2025 through April 2026\. Work will be done daily 7AM-5PM. Work will be done on the concrete exterior of the buildings, you can expect hammering, chipping, grinding, and other work. Balconies will be closed during active construction and balcony furniture will be placed inside the unit during those periods. Construction noise will be ongoing throughout the project that may make balconies uncomfortable even when they are open for use. Beach access will be available at all times for guests and owners. At least one pool will be open however, circumstances may cause a day or so that all pools may need to be closed. The first row of parking nearest the buildings will not be available for parking during the project and there will be a covered walkway from the paring area to the buildings for safety reasons. This fabulous condo has two large gulf-front suites, with balcony entrances. The ocean front main suite has a luxurious king bed that will make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud! You'll love all the extra touches like floor to ceiling windows and a chair that's perfect for beach watching. The walk in closet has plenty of room for all your luggage, too. The private main bath has an amazing tile shower with a shower seat and glass door, there's even a shower massage! Solid surface double vanities and modern cabinetry complete the feel of having your own private spa. The ocean front double queen suite is large enough for 4 people and has an adjacent bathroom that is shared with the great room. This bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows and a side chair for relaxing. The walk in closet is very spacious. This bathroom has double solid surface vanities. Plenty of lighting for getting ready to go out! The garden tub is great for soaking the day away and it also has a shower. The open floor plan great room overlooks the shimmering white sands and the emerald waters of Panama City Beach. Enjoy the view from the great room, dining area, and the kitchen! The dining area has a table with 6 chairs with extra seating at the bar. Plenty of room to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner and play cards and board games! You'll love this modern kitchen with its stainless appliances, high end cabinetry, granite counter tops and ocean view. The large well-equipped kitchen has plenty of cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and flatware so you can prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner right at your fingertips. For the coffee lovers, there are both drip and Keurig machines provided. If you don't feel like cooking, it's just a short trip to Pineapple Willy's, the onsite snack bar or other local restaurants! There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, exercise room and the beach. Well equipped to eat in and several places nearby to enjoy a meal out. The master bedroom matress could use replacing but it wasn't the worst I have slept on! The master shower water pressure is AMAZING! No beach sand will make it past that! Great location near the heart of PCB, but beach never felt crowded and was kept clean. The condo was very true to the photos - clean, well stocked, very comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole family. First time staying in Long Beach Resort and really enjoyed it. Multiple pools to choose from, had a pool bar/restaurant at the main lagoon pool, easy parking, and never waited more than a minute or 2 for an elevator. Our favorite part was having meals on the nice big balcony overlooking the gulf. Beautiful sunsets, beautiful memories. We look forward to returning!!! ##### Jennifer K. I will say that the view was amazing and we enjoyed the pool and bar and the staff was super friendly. Condo was nice and was just like the pictures on the listing. My only complaint was Emerald Coast sending me an email to tell me they had canceled my room. When I called back to see what was going on, this was the reply “we sent that email just to get you to call us back, we didn’t cancel your condo”. Main bathroom ceiling is too low especially in the shower. The hot water in the bathroom/ shower didn’t last long, ironing board was broke, balcony door doesn’t lock, and front door step up is broke. The balcony door is very hard to open and close. There are two elevators in the building, but one was broken the entire time we were there, and this made it very frustrating at times trying to get back and forth to the room. Long Beach has always been our go to, but they really need to start trying to keep the place up better. Almost all of the luggage racks need to be replaced as well. ##### DANA T. There is a few things that we was not fond of, in the master bedroom, one of the windows had some sort of film that obscured our view of the beach it was on the outside of the window so it's not something that could be easily fixed on the 10th floor, the blanket on the bed was way too big for the bed making it a little uncomfortable but we managed, and there was a huge desk thing, that I didn't find necessary to have in the room, i would have liked at least 2 more king size pillows in the master! I loved the little chair that sat by the window I was able to read my book and relax. In the main living area the glass tables made me nervous I was scared they would break having a 2 year old with us they were gorgeous and looked good in the room but we struggled with moving the table in the living room to get the sleeper out we thought it was going to break. In the kitchen we didn't have enough utensils and bakeware to cook with we did have enough pots and pans though. The washer and dryer was nice but the washer needed to be wiped down on the inside just comes with front loaders like that so it's understandable! And lastly the balcony needed more furniture it had the table for 6 but at least 2 more chairs to relax in would have been nice like a lounge chair! ##### Jamie B. Perfect for what we needed. I loved the convenience and early check in for this property. It had everything we needed!! I rated a 3 for cleanliness because washer had mold in it (clothes smelled funny even though I doubled washing powder) AND bathroom counter/mirror had not been cleaned in master bath (smudges on mirror, grit on counter when checked in). Also the air would not get cooler than 73…..thank goodness for fans in the bedroom bc it was warm. Otherwise, loved this property. ##### Amanda S. Unable to use the TV in bedroom with two beds. Prompt response from maintenance, who said there was no router (it apparently had been ordered, but not received). Only improvements would be updating bathrooms. Toilets not chair height, and no grab bars in shower/tub areas. We were a group of seniors. This was a safety issue for the elderly. Some air vents were pretty dirty and there was some sand in the beds upon arrival. Bathrooms have acoustic ceiling tiles, which is odd to me due to moisture. The tiles in the master bath really need replaced, they are dingy and some are bulging due to......moisture. Speaking of master bath, the light for the shower area is nowhere near bright enough and if you are over 6'3" you aren't showering without hitting your hands on the ceiling. Beyond all of that, it's as advertised. Kitchen is stocked, albeit with a mishmash of items, wifi works, and the resort complex itself is very nice. ##### Adam M.
