  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Amazing little vacation

We stayed at Emerald Chic for a few days but everything was amazing. We had a great experience at this condo and enjoyed every minute of our little vacation. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated, the view is breathtaking and the hosts are very nice. We will return to this condo for sure in the summer. Thank you Aura and Dan for allowing us to have a memorable vacation!

Great location!

The property was super nice. The views of the ocean were spectacular! The unit is well equipped with all cooking utensils, and whatever you need to prepare a gourmet meal. an extra bonus that was provided for us was four beach chairs, and umbrellas! This made going to the beach, extra easy, and it was greatly appreciated! The fishing pier is very close to this condo. Overall we enjoyed our week long stay and will book again.

This condo is exactly as it appears on VRBO. Beautiful and accommodating in every respect. Dan and Aurora are excellent hosts that are committed to customer service and satisfaction. They go above and beyond to make sure any question or concern you have is answered promptly and attentively. I highly recommend this condo to families pursuing a quality vacation. Great vacation

This unit has been recently updated and you can tell. Very welcoming as soon as you enter the condo. Perfect location and view of the beach; the chairs on the beach were a nice plus! Needed help with the TV and Dan, the owner, was immediately on it. If you are walkers to restaurants like we are, know that the nearest one is .5 miles away. That is the only reason for the 4 star for location. Overall, a great place and great vacation!! Thanks!

Property was as described... Beds were clean and comfortable.. Kitchen was pretty well equiped. All building employees were respectful and had great sense of humor. Had a few quirks but all hot figured out fast and did not effect our stay. Beach access was easy and convenient as well as the beach chair service.... I would say it was an overall great stay at this property and would recommend it if your looking for a nice quiet relaxing stay. NOTHING TO DO WITH THE OWNERS OR THE UNIT...Elevators were the only down fall, they are hot and not very well ventilated. Improvements can definitely be made. Fans in the elevator waiting areas would be a plus...

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. The balcony view was gorgeous. The beach was a short walk and wasn’t crowded. The pool was nice with plenty of seating. We decided to stay an extra night and Aurora was very accommodating and responded promptly. One of our best stays in PCB! We will definitely return!

The Emerald Chic was an excellent choice for the week. Aurora and Dan were great hosts, with an amazing rental. Very responsive and thankful of their guests. The condo was clean, updated, comfortable beds and even had snacks and coffee for us on the counter. Will definitely try for this unit or one of their properties next time we’re in PCB. And the views from the balcony were amazing!

Perfect vacation retreat!

Myself and family absolutely loved our stay in this condo. The views are breathtaking and the location is close to nearly everything. We loved that the beach was so accessible from our condo. The pool was exceptional as well. We will stay here again in the future, Aurora and Dan were wonderful hosts.

Me and my son take a birthday trip every year for the past probably nine or 10 years and for the first time when we checked in and opened the door to the Condo, there was a birthday cake and decorations for my birthday. It was a first for my birthday trip and it was an amazing thoughtful day birthday gift. . We had a blast. We didn’t run into any issues. Would definitely stay there again.

Emerald Chic was lovely and very cozy. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. At times we were able to see dolphins playing. The sunsets were breathtaking. This was our first visit to PCB and we enjoyed it so much. My daughter and I went to relax and recharge and that was exactly what we did. This time of year for a beach trip was awesome. It wasn’t very crowded at all. We were able to enjoy the sounds and the beauty of the area. I would highly recommend Emerald Chic. Aurora and Dan were wonderful hosts and were available for my questions.

Condo at the Beach

We had a great stay! The condo was just like the pics and had no extra fees (free parking for 2 vehicles and free arm bands for access to pool and beach). 2 free beach chairs and umbrella also! Bed was very comfortable! This was a great vacation, only problem was it was too short. We will definitely be back!

Summer overnight trip

The condo was clean and nice. There were plenty of extras available like towels, blankets, utensils, chairs, etc. There was an issue with armbands but the owner did respond to the request promptly. We arrived early but able to park early and stay on the beach until our check-in time. The view was awesome. It was a little confusing on the multiple forms of communication eg VRBO messages, emails, text messages. But once we found the information it was helpful on the processes.

Mother Daughter Trip

We come to Panama City often for vacation. This condo is probably if not the best place we have stayed at. The pool is being renovated so I dont have an opinon about it, but Im sure when it is remodeled the place will be a fanatic place for anyone. Thank you again for this wonderful memory I got to make with my mother. It meant a lot to us that everything went smoothly.

Beautiful!
