Nothing is provided. We had to buy our own hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap etc. There is no front desk available to this unit which makes it difficult if a problem does come up. When we first arrived, the only toilet was not working. It was after hours so we had no bathroom for the night and the owners did not get back to us until 9:30 the next morning (their hours open at 8am) and the toilet was finally fixed mid day. Check out is at 9am which seems very early especially because there is no way to check bags. That being said, the room worked great for five college kids on spring break. The view was beautiful. The condo is an easy walk to cute restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who just wants a crash pad in between beach visits. ##### Tori S. I don’t believe the bathroom was shown in photos and when you arrive you’ll see why. Curved shower curtain rod was broken and hanging down. No strainer basket in kitchen sink so it would not hold water. We were only left one garbage bag for 8 days and 1 1/2 rolls of TP. I understand buying some items, but garbage bags? We did not complain about anything while there as we were trying to relax and didn’t want to go back and forth with emails. This seemed like a condo that was owned by a large company and not an actual homeowner. The decor was hodgepodge and looked like it came from a garage sale. Check in was no hassle but having to take three elevators just to get to your room was a bit of a hassle. Condo had an awesome view of the gulf and beach. Furniture looked old, dirty and just plain tired. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable went to Walmart and bought a foam mattress topper to make it tolerable. Doors to the bathroom didn't lock and one would not even close and latch. Patio furniture was OK but patio was dirty and could use a good cleaning. Had to use ice trays to make ice no mention of ice make not working in the room description. TVs were not easy to operate and figure out how to watch live channels. Hearing and air unit kept the unit comfortable. Beach service was a huge plus on this unit. I wouldn't call this a resort but did glhave some nice amenities. The view was good Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second hand store. First the kitchen is kinda up to date. Flooring is newer. Furniture is dated. The couch was so worn down sitting on it was a chore, never opened the sofa sleeper, was afraid to. Dining room table chair cushions were VERY STAINED. BAD. Bathroom we could tolerate, but it did need a deep corner cleaning. Bathroom exhaust vent light in the shower looked like it was going to fall out at any time. Washer and Dryer were amazing extra, huge and newer. The view from balcony was perfect , but the concrete floor could have used a little bit of cleanup. I wished there were some sort of cleaning wipes to use. But I felt like we left the condo cleaner than when we arrived. I would not rent this unit or stay at this complex again. We had a phenomenal view from our balcony and we loved being just steps away from the beach! The beaches were clean and Beautiful! The unit wasn’t the cleanest but ok. The resort had a lot of things closed which were not noted when we booked.
