Relax to the sound of the surf of our gorgeous Gulf! Long Beach Resort will be undergoing a large renovation project from August 2025 through April 2026\. Work will be done daily 7AM-5PM. Work will be done on the concrete exterior of the buildings, you can expect hammering, chipping, grinding, and other work. Balconies will be closed during active construction and balcony furniture will be placed inside the unit during those periods. Construction noise will be ongoing throughout the project that may make balconies uncomfortable even when they are open for use. Beach access will be available at all times for guests and owners. At least one pool will be open however, circumstances may cause a day or so that all pools may need to be closed. The first row of parking nearest the buildings will not be available for parking during the project and there will be a covered walkway from the paring area to the buildings for safety reasons. Inside Long Beach Tower 3 Condo 501 you can unwind in the comfort of 1850 sq ft of wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the beach. Three large en-suite bedroom/bathrooms are separated by a spacious den/dining area and an amply furnished kitchen. Take advantage of the french door refrigerator, Fiesta Ware and Corelle dishes, dishwasher, full-size range and microwave. At the entrance to the third bedroom is a mini-cabinet with microwave and small refrigerator. You will enjoy our updated cabinets with beautiful granite counter tops. The Jellyfish Retreat Master Bedroom & Stork's Hideaway Guest Bedroom open to a spacious beachfront balcony with comfortable polywood furniture. The Sandy Shores 2nd Master Bedroom also offers a private balcony with Adirondack chairs that overlook the Grand Lagoon pool and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The open floor plan great room overlooks the shimmering white sands and the emerald waters of Panama City Beach. The great room provides a comfortable leather sofa with two coordinating side chairs and a large flatscreen TV. The dining area is also beachfront. The dining table provides seating for 6 with additional seating at the bar! The dining room provides plenty of room to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner and play cards and board games! Spectacular is the word for all of the renovated bathrooms! Two have large walk-in showers, a built-in seat with an accessible hand-held shower, a rain shower and grab bars. The third bath has a tub for soaking or showering, which is especially great for the little ones! All toilets are comfort heighth. New cabinets sport granite counter tops and updated fixtures. A laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer insures you can always have clean towels and clothes. The entire unit has new luxury flooring, all new mattresses, and new draperies, along with many other upgrades. Ample parking on same side of road as complex. Safety locks are on all exterior doors, above little hands. A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday. 2 Parking permits are included with your rental. Parking is limited to 2 spaces per condo. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Minimum rental age is 25\. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Check in process was very easy. Nicely decorated with plenty of dishes to cook and feed a large gathering. Beds were comfortable and more than enough towels for the stay. Amazing view of beach from every room, very clean unit, Hannah was very quick to respond to all questions. Few minor things- They could replace one or two couches, need to slam the door to shut, i don’t think it’s a heated pool, there was a hot tub. Upon arrival we noticed a few flaws that we reported to maintenance and they jumped thru hoops to address. The disposal was not working and the kitchen sink was sagging from below the countertops. Both were fixed immediately. Other than those two minor repairs the only other thing we gave less than 5 stars was the overall cleanliness. It appeared the cleaning crew did a quick run thru since we found undissolved dish washer material and ketchup in the dishwasher. We also noticed the main entry door did not close properly which wasnt a huge ordeal just meant this OCD dad always made sure it clicked shut. All in all we would definitely stay again. ##### Steven W. When we inquired about re-booking for the days we had left on our booking or a refund for the days we had left, we were told there were no rebooking or refunds unless PCB became a mandatory evacuation area. A category 4 hurricane and we can only re-book or refund if mandatory evacuation?? We live 450 miles away with a category 4 hurricane on its way and because neither us nor our kids waned to risk the lives of our grand kids…our 7 day vacay changed to a 4 day and cost a fortune. I won’t rent from this company again. VRBO is also a joke for any resolution of issues. If I can’t rent directly from an individual…I won’t rent at al! ##### Jodie C. Room matched the pics and had all the things we needed. The only down side was the beach chairs and umbrella's. Our 1st full day there it was after 9am before they got them out and then another day, they had given our assigned umbrella's to someone else. The people had given our room number as their room. We had happen to go to the stand that day, because our chairs were taken. No one asked them about it. Wonder how many days the wrong rooms get charged. No one came by when we sat down each day. All our previous years as soon as we sat down, someone came by and asked our name and room #. Very lax this year. Another day we were at the beach late and they came by and wanted our chairs when they had many more to pick up and stood there and tried to move our things. I don’t normally leave negative reviews; however after our stay at Long Beach I wanted to inform others before making the same mistake our family made. This property and unit are both in need of serious repair. Paint, rust on front door, kitchen appliances, patio door, furniture and finishings all need to be replaced. The property is rundown w/ the pool, elevators, hallways, outside stucco all need attention. I’m not sure I’ve ever entered a VRBO property in need of so much attention. Extremely disappointed in the experience and condo unit, it all seems like a Class C- property. Had to join a local gym for my family ($125 for the week) for all five of us because the gym was “closed for repairs” - we won’t return to Long Beach in the future. ##### Robert S.
