This fifth-floor condo is part of one of the area’s only full-service beachfront resorts, Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort and offers beautiful views of the Gulf and the resort’s expansive tropical pool deck from the living area and private, furnished balcony. With a spacious layout and access to a long list of amenities, this condo is a great choice for a relaxing and fun-filled beach getaway. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. I was told the code would be sent to me when the room was cleaned. We were then told that I hadn't paid, which wasn't true. A mess later we got it. This is exactly what I expect from a company owned rental. The toilets hardly flush, the washer leaked everywhere when we tried to use it, and it generally needed a touch up.
