Gulf-view balconies, a bunk room, and open living spaces built for connection and relaxation. Located near St. Andrews State Park and walkable to Schooners beachfront dining, you’ll enjoy the perfect mix of adventure and laid-back beach living.

📋 Rental Rules & Info

• Must be 25+ to book (HOA RULE) (rental agreement & government-issued ID upload required) | Maximum 12 guests



🐾 Pet Policy

• Up to 2 dogs allowed (max 45 lbs each)

• $250 non-refundable pet fee + tax (this fee covers both dogs)

• Must be crate trained and crated when left unattended

• All pet waste must be picked up immediately

• Any pet damage is the guest’s responsibility



🧳 What to Bring

We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.



For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:

☀️ toiletries and personal care items

☀️ condiments, spices, and cooking oil

☀️ dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters

☀️ beach towels, sunscreen, umbrella, and beach toys
