We brought bikes, scooters, and a stroller, and our whole group walked or rode to get ice cream from the Hub every day. Owner is easy to reach with any questions and/or issues. There was an extra fridge during our stay and really helped us out with our drinks and additional food. No crossing 30A or driving, easy to go out and come back from the beach in two minutes, which is exactly what we needed with 3 toddlers. Layout of condo is great for a trip with kids as well, and the condo had lots of linens, mini toiletries, and kitchen amenities. Perhaps the best part for us was the screened in back porch for sandals and beach toy storage. Laundry room was handy as well. Construction was going on at the adjoining condo during the day but never too early and stopped around 5pm. Quiet and peaceful with the sounds of the ocean. Great stay overall, highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay on the beach without spending a fortune. 5 minute drive to Alys Beach, a few more to Rosemary, and 10 or so minutes to a nice Publix. We were there unknowingly during spring break and it was very busy, but that's ok!
