There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Plenty of space for our family of 6\. It was relatively clean with the exception of the front door where there was some dirt and cobwebs. The only complaint that we had was that there was only 2 televisions, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. It would've been nice to have TV's in all of the bedrooms. The neighborhood was safe, clean and quiet. There are 2 pools directly behind the house but given that it's November they were already closed for the season. The pool gate code never worked, and with current beach conditions that was not good thing. The house is nice, situated in a good place, and large dog pet friendly was a plus for us. As you walked in the front door it smelled of pet and the sofa covers had dog hair on them. There were a few pests (roaches) that were crawling around the kitchen area. There was green gum stuck under one of the bunk beds. The internet was out the ENTIRE DAY on Saturday our last day due to the owners not paying the bill. We could not watch TV. I reached out to Book that Condo they sent a nice gentleman out and he reset everything, and it still would not work. He reached out to someone at customer service, and they advised him that the owner DID NOT pay the bill. He told me he would get in touch with his boss, and they would reach out to the Owner. I called him back about an hour later he said the owner could not be reached. The gate code to the pool also does not work. ##### Leslie G.
