There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The bathroom really needed just to have a good cleaning and update. There was a bit of mold growing on the outdoor patio. The kitchen was good, however the chairs at the breakfast bar were uncomfortable. The smoke smell from downstairs came through the fan so we kept ours on. The sheets were dirty and the mattress cover looked like it had been pee'd on more than once. We were not able to remove the mattress cover to wash so we slept on towels. There were multiple roaches, we found food wrappers in the living room and trash under the beds. There was construction going on the entire stay right in front of the door.
