The dining room table has 6 new Kabu wicker chairs with custom cushions in a seashell pattern complement the coastal decor. The balcony was very large with a beautiful view of the beach. I loved that 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were complimentary. Bed was very comfy. Owner was quick to respond for a few questions. Aquavista Condominiums are our go-to but specifically enjoy 305E. Beautiful decor with amazing views of the Gulf. Everything you could possibly need and more. It's close enough to everything we want to do and far enough away to be just a little quieter. Beach location is perfect. Very nice condo... just like the photos. Very clean. We had everything we needed. They were working on parts of the building but it didn't impact our stay. Parking was easy, gate access to pool and beach. ##### joe w. We loved the condo. Very clean, very well appointed, and right on the beach. The view is fantastic, the parking easy, and the privacy is so nice. We loved having two beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach. What a great add on. The condo has everything you need in a great location and the owner was very helpful. The property is right on the beach, and just as described. We had a fantastic time touring the area, and just sitting on the balcony watching the waves and the seagulls. Beautiful sunsets each evening. Winn Dixie and CVS are right across the street. Beds and other furniture very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. ##### Tom B. From the dinnerware to the linens and towels, everything provided was top notch. The property manager was always available to answer questions and make local recommendations. The location is convenient to anything you could ever need and the beach views are unprecedented. I don't know that I've seen more beautiful sunsets anywhere else. After first opening up the drapes onto the balcony, we were immediately struck by the expanse of the view - the beach, but most of all the blue, blue, blue of the water! I will never forget that & could hardly wait to get up each morning to experience it again. It was a very, very nice condo unit, on the beach & well placed in the town with a CVS & Win-Dixie right across the road. The unit had everything that we needed to live comfortably for over a week. Due to my own error it was necessary to contact the owners upon our arrival & they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The last words between my partner & I on leaving were that we just can’t wait to return! ##### David D. Had minor issues with batteries in the remote and had to purchase dishwashing tabs and the construction noise was a little disturbing at times....Parking and the location of the property were excellent for us....We hadn't been together with our friends for over 50 years at PCB....It all worked out great !!!
