We had a wonderful week at this first-time property. It was exactly what we were looking for! Our young kids loved the pool and our patio was literally steps away from it. We also enjoyed the short walk to the Pavilion and the close proximity to the beach. The beach is a bit crowded (the umbrella rental company puts up way too may umbrella's and chairs than they have a need for so it takes up a ton of real estate). My advice, get to the beach early and claim your spot! But, we enjoyed our time on the beach too. We will definitely return! ##### Michael S. I’ve been to Seacrest several times, and this is our first experience staying in the Villas Condos. We loved it!! The first floor condo opened out to the pool and was so convenient for our kids to swim anytime they wanted. The condo was a short walk to the beach, and we found it easier to walk than ride on the tram. Located at the front of the neighborhood, everything was walking distance. Our group had 7, but the condo could have easily fit a larger group. Floor plan was very spacious and felt much bigger. The condo was surprisingly quiet and we were not bothered by any of the chaos from the pool. Will defiantly stay here again!!! ##### Jana G.
