You found the right place! O’Paradise is locate in Horizon South gated community that offers a variety of amenities. It is close to Pier Park for all your shopping, dining, and entertainment needs and just minutes to the White Sandy Beach. \*\*Resort infrastructure project in progress. There may be resort/road construction or construction noise during your stay.\*\* ★ Resort amenities include 4 outdoor pools (one heated in winter), hot tub, kiddie pool, mini golf course, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, shuffleboard court, and charcoal grills. ★ 2.5 miles from Pier Park ★ Minutes to White Sand beach ★ Free High Speed Internet ★ Smart TV’s in living room and all bedrooms (streaming only, must log in with your account for streaming) ★ First floor bedroom with King bed ★ Second floor bedroom with 2 queen beds ★ Sleeps up to 6 ★ 2 Full Bathrooms ★ Washer/Dryer ★ Full Kitchen (Frig, Microwave, Dish Washer, Range) ★ Arcade ★ Smart Lock Keyless Entry ★ NO PETS ★ NO SMOKING/VAPING ★ NO EVENTS ★ RESORT FEE The resort requires that each guest 6 and older have a wristband while staying at the property and must be worn at all times. The wristband gives guests access to all amenities of the resort. We will provide up to 2 wristbands for each reservation (reimburse up to $40 after your stay with an uploaded receipt). You will need to purchase wristbands and parking pass from the resort office before 4:00 PM for $20 each and parking pass for $25 per car (up to 2 cars). If stay is more than 10 days, wristbands will be $40 each and parking passes are $50 each. Parking is on a first come first server basis. ★ BOOKING AGE You must be 25 years of age to book this condo. The booking Guest must occupy the property during the reserved period. Reservations made under false pretense are subject to termination and forfeiture of all monies paid. A copy of your Drivers License is required with the reservation. ★ ENTRY - Check in / Checkout The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check in any time after 4:00 PM EST / Checkout is 10:00 AM EST. We can not accommodate any early check-ins or late checkout to ensure our cleaners are not rushed/delayed to have ample time to get the property ready for you and/or our next guests. There is a late checkout fee of $50 for every 30 minutes. ★ OCCUPANCY Only the registered guests are allowed on property due to liability concerns/issues. No more than the max allowed guests (includes adults and children) are allowed on the property at any time due to local Fire Marshall code. If max guests is exceeded, the reservation will be cancelled without refund and you will immediately vacate the property. ★ SECURITY Ring Camera at the front entrance pointed outward that is actively recording during your stay (Please do NOT touch). NO indoor camera ★ INTERNET The internet is used for controlling multiple devices on the property and must be on at all times (Do NOT unplug). ★ AMENITIES We provide start-up supplies: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, trash can liners, and hand soap. You will need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays or heavy usage. ★ PETS NO PETS allowed. For the health and safety of all of our guests, we do not permit pets in our property. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an addition $200 cleaning fee. ★ SMOKING NO Smoking or vaping on premise. A $200 fee will be charged for additional cleaning required. ★ QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be keep noise to a minimum so that other guests can also enjoy their stay. ★ RESORT AMENITIES We DO NOT guarantee availability of these amenities as they are common areas and use at your own risk as there are no life guards. ★ RESORT VIOLATION FEES Any fee's charged to host due to guests violating resort rules/policies or city ordinances will be charged to guests. This was the perfect place to stay, the house was clean and enough room for my family of 5\. The kitchen has full fridge and stove, decently appointed but very small. Most restaurants were super crowded, so we cooked in often (Buddy’s Seafood Market is great and nearby) and kept meals simple. The private patio area is nothing special and could use a little TLC. The property and pools are somewhat dated- we didn’t spend much time at the pools but the little kids seemed to enjoy them. Definitely check status of construction project onsite.
