This unit was very clean and the beach-themed decor was very welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we might need on the nights we stayed in. The owner was quick to answer my many questions prior to arrival. The overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this property for anyone considering a PCB getaway. The condo is on the 21st floor, but the elevators are quick and the view is expansive. We were able to watch many fish (we brought our binoculars and encourage anyone else to do the same), some stingrays and even a shark. The condo was clean, which is the most important criteria for me, and well equipped to suit our needs. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful as one of our adult sons was able to join us for this trip. Our host, Greg Greeson, kept us abreast of all we needed to know for our stay and was quick to communicate answers to any questions we had. If ever anyone is interested in Panama City beach, I recommend this condo and host/owner. ##### Tracy K.
