Reviewer Comments: The condo wasn’t very clean upon checking in we found crumbled up food in the kitchen, used q tips and hair balls in the bathroom. The kitchen could use some kid friendly dishes. The wrists bands that you need for the pool were not there and if you don’t have them the staff will hound you that you need them. So we went to the main desk at the condo and we’re told that there was nothing they could do for us we had to call the rental company we rented through which we did and they told us that they would be dropped off shortly didn’t receive them until the next day which wouldn’t have been a problem if we weren’t being asked about them every time we went to the pool. My suggestion is to make sure all new guests have new wrists bands in condo upon checking in. One of the beds squeaked at slight movement which was kind of annoying but was manageable. We were initially a bit anxious about being across the street from the beach, but it ended up being one of the best parts. The view was incredible — you could see for miles, and we honestly preferred it over being directly beachfront. It was truly breathtaking.The condo itself was spotless and had a fantastic layout. One of our favorite features was the abundance of windows — you could literally see the ocean from every single one! It made the entire space feel bright, open, and connected to the beautiful surroundings.The pool was one of the best we’ve ever experienced — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. We also loved having The Emerald Hub restaurant right downstairs. The food was delicious, and it was so convenient to order and then hang out at the pool while we waited. The Balcony view is awesome ! A family of 7 found the unit spacious, clean and excellent amenities ! The rooms were very quiet at night which allowed all of us a good night of rest ! The apartment was super clean and the fact that it was off season was great because there’s was no wait for the elevator. I cannot stress enough how clean and beautifully decorated the place is! The view is fantastic as well. The only minus is that the only elevator that goes up to 15 can be taken from 3rd floor and you cannot find parking at 3rd floor almost never.
