There were a few very MINOR issues upon arrival including the deadbolt lock and water filter in the fridge but these issues were resolved within 12 hours of arriving and Jenny made sure everything was fixed. Outside of these minor issues, the unit was beautiful and looked exactly like the online pictures. I felt warm and comfortable (despite it being quite cold for Florida) in the unit and it was a perfect choice to celebrate my 40th birthday with my boyfriend and two of my best friends. There was ample space for 4 people and could easily fit up to 8 with the use of the bunk beds and pull out sofa. The best feature is of course the balcony where we could sit and relax with a drink watching both the sun rise and sunset each day. I had never been to the Gulf of Mexico/western Florida before and it did not disappoint. It was quite cold and windy for early December that far south but we will definitely be back when its a bit warmer. We did not rent a car and were able to walk to Fresh Market, Target, Starbucks, etc for anything we needed for the long weekend. It was easy to grab a lyft ride to and from the PCB airport as well. Lots of local shopping and restaurants nearby! Overall, I absolutely LOVED this property and Jenny who was beyond helpful throughout the process. Just a short walk to dinner at pier park or surrounding areas. Close to grocery and a beautiful view of the beach, pool, and pier. They have fire pits on in the evenings.
