- Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive an email to sign the rental agreement and addendum electronically—complete it ASAP to secure your reservation.
- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Second vehicle pass may be purchased ($60 fee per vehicle).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

Perfect Ironman Florida Condo

My 3 friends and I had a fabulous stay here!!! Steps from the Ironman swim start, quarter mile from the bike transition area, and quarter mile from the ironman finish line, this place made our ironman day special!!! Clean and perfect! Thanks for an amazing stay.

Cute Beach Condo

We have stayed at Calypso many times and love the location as it’s super close to Pier Park and restaurants. The condo has a cute coastal theme. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was stocked with any items we needed to cook. Property management was quick to respond to our requests. We had a great stay!

We created wonderful memories and had the best time.

The property is exactly as pictured/described. It was clean and well decorated. We reserved the private parking space due to my sister's health issues. It was near the elevator and our condo was near the elevator which helped tremendously with her mobility issues. The parking space was worth the cost. The view is exceptional and very calming. We will definitely be back, hopefully in the fall. Thank you so much!

Calypso West Tower

This was our 3rd year staying at Calypso. We absolutely love it. It’s very clean and provides everything we need. We love the close proximity to Pier Park. We frequent Margarita Vill and Pompano Joes. They both have great food and drinks. We also love smoothie King. We are returning next year to the same Condo.

Great Week at the Beach

This was our first vacation together in almost 10 years (sisters trip) and we chose to come back to the Calypso (same condo but new owner) our 4th time. The remodel was a pleasant surprise. Very beachy decor and exactly how I would have chosen to do it if I had been making the decisions. The new beach chairs were comfortable. Convenient to a variety of shops and restaurants at Pier Park. You will find this condo a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy the beach vacation. I can’t wait to go back

Great vacation

704 West Calypso was just as advertised. The place was clean on arrival and had many amenities. The kitchen had all the pots,pans, and equipment to make gourmet family meals. The beds were fluffy and comfortable and the place was airy and spacious. All of my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. The upgraded parking was a terrific bonus as it was close to the elevator and allowed us to get groceries in easily and quickly. I will definitely rebook next year! We had a terrific vacation! Great location! Easy process communicating with property managers. Way too many emails/communications! Too few elevators and one that didn’t work at all during our stay. Luggage cart process was cumbersome. Felt like you were back and forth and so were the other 100’s of guests at the same time. We ended up loading some of our stuff the night before to avoid the crowds. Narrow hallways made it difficult for every one.

Perfect location, property below average

The Calypso location is a perfect place to stay as the beach & ocean is the first thing to see each morning and evening. Our condo unit was not in working condition. The dishwasher did not work, many utensils and dishes were dirty as we cooked breakfast and had coffee, the main shower drain was clogged, counters and bedside tables were dirty, curtains had numerous stains and the patio furniture was extremely rusty. When we arrived a picture that had fallen off the wall by the entrance to the condo. I connected the management and they were responsive to what they could fix. They offered an activity for the family which we did take them up on (sky wheel). While on vacation I prefer to relax and I felt I was working to keep up with something every day. I paid decent money and would not rebook.

This unit is exactly as advertised! It is clean and tidy and has a phenomenal view of the water! My family loved our stay and we will definitely be coming back!! Booking was easy and the hosts were accommodating and responsive with any questions and concerns! Highly recommend the private parking for ease of loading and unloading groceries etc! Lovely condo!!

Location is everything in Panama City and this was the perfect spot! Condo was clean and just as the photos showed. Nicely decorated and we were allowed to check in early.

Beautiful Views and Convenient to everything

We stayed int his condo for 3 days while celebrating my dad's 84th birthday, and it was outstanding! Everything was exactly as advertised, and the sunsets from the balcony were amazing. There was plenty of comfortable seating for the four of us and the condo itself was spotless. Jenny made booking so easy, even with out last minute plans, we reserved the night before arrival, and she answered all of my questions quickly. The included 4 chairs and umbrellas on the beach were such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. I would absolutely love to stay here againd and I'll be recommending this condo to my friends.
