It was on the nice end of the strip with lots of activity going on around it. Our stay was in April which was perfect because the weather was nice but it was not busy season. One big Pro/Con is its proximity to Pier Park. Easy walk to shops and food but this is also a HUGE cruising area so loud cars and music and traffic are an all day thing. Also since it is such a large condo unit there are a ton of people on the beach right in front of the condo. Chair rental guys were super nice and helpful. Overall it’s a great condo. Warm color walls, comfortable furniture and the best mattresses for a rental. My friends and I really felt comfortable and wanted to be in the space. Appliances excellent, service excellent, decor excellent. Location was the best! One block from Pier Park. I will look for this particular condo again for future stay. Don't change a thing.
