- Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive an email to sign the rental agreement and addendum electronically—complete it ASAP to secure your reservation.
- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Second vehicle pass may be purchased ($60 fee per vehicle).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are o permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

Beautiful condo - memorable trip!

The condo definitely exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and extra spacious. The balcony view was breathtaking. The resort had great offerings - beautiful beach, large pool and our all time favorite the on site tiki bar!!! We loved that we could walk to nearby restaurants and shops and not worry about parking. This was the perfect location!!!

Great Condo in a great location!

My adult daughters and I enjoyed our getaway and loved the condo. It was clean, well stocked kitchen as well as the bathroom as I forgot my soap and enjoyed the small Dove soap provided. It was great to be able to wash and dry our beach towels while there and also enjoyed some Netflix while there. I recommend this condo and the owners were easy to work with.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

First time staying at Calypso and with this particular owner, my family and I couldn't be any happier! Easy to book, communication was nothing less than perfection, and check out was a simple text! The unit was exactly as advertised and clean on arrival. (Do your part as a guest and leave it better than you found it.) The main parking garage passes I purchased was well worth the money and calypso has it designed out well. Make sure you print out your parking pass for your stay! Most days we just walked to pier park but ANYTHING you need is literally a mile away at a huge shopping area. The views are exactly what you would expect and we enjoyed several nights out playing mini golf among other things. We will always check with PBC rentals first to see what is available in the area because this trip went so well! P.S. might be a little pricey but Kilwins ice cream in pier park (walkable) is worth it!

Book this condo!

The condo was perfect! It was even better than the pictures show. It's very spacious. It has high ceilings with a large living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything in the condo is high quality. It was well appointed with nice sets of cookware and dishes. No hodge podge thrown together dishes like you see in many rentals. They start you with a starter set of paper towels and tp. You may want to bring extra if you go through it quickly. Don't forget things like zip locks, foil, saran and spices f you cook like we do. Also, if you like extra blankets bring them. The heating and cooling in the condo works great. Everything in the condo is in working order. The view from the condo was breath taking. The patio is huge with pleanty of seating. The location of the condo was the best. We walked the short distance to Pier Park many times. There are so many bars and restaurants in walking distance. The heated pools were amazing. It was a dream to sit it the pool and watch the gulf water and beach activities. We will definitely return to this condo.

I recommend this unit, everything was perfect.

I loved this unit. Very clean, fully equipped. Comfortable beds , spacious. Elevators are very fast. Great communication, easy parking, very good location, we loved the two beach chairs available. We are definitely coming back. I have been going to Panama City Beach for the last 25 years every summer, this condominium is one of the best.

Relaxing stay with so many activities close by.

The condo was as described in the listing and pictures. It had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There are no details left out. There is very little outside noise if any being on the 20th floor. But I absolutely loved that there were box fans for extra noise reduction. We enjoyed having the beach right outside and spent every morning relaxing soaking up the sun in the provided beach chairs. The unit was clean, spacious and the location was convenient to lots of shops and restaurants.

Great Location and Layout / Uncomfortable Bed

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The space was nice and open—perfect for our family of four. One of our favorite features was the balcony, which offered a wonderful view and a relaxing place to unwind. Beach access and the pool were both very convenient, making it easy to go back and forth. One evening, we also enjoyed the fire pits with a larger group, which was a great way to wind down and socialize. While the furnishings were a bit dated and could use some updating, everything was fairly clean and functional. The biggest downside for us was the master bed—it was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and my husband had a hard time sleeping most nights because of it. Thankfully we brought our own pillows. Overall, it's a great place with lots of potential, especially with a few updates.

Loved this Condo!

Over the past 20 years we have stayed in many condos. If you are looking for easy check-in, clean accommodations and convenient location this is it! Free beach chairs and uncrowded pools. The best testimony came from a Security Guard at the pool area. She owns 4 condos in the area (which she rents) and does not own one at the Calypso. In her opinion this is the BEST family friendly condos. We agree! Will stay here again. No long wait for elevators….parking always available in garage. Walk to Pier Park

Love the condo

Our unit was very beautiful and well taken care of. Pretty good location (Pier park, the pier, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance - a mile or less), and the beach was awesome. We did not use the pools, but they looked very nice from our balcony and when we walked by.

THE PERFECT GETAWAY

This was the absolute best vacation I’ve ever had. This condo is simply breathtaking with the views either inland but especially beachside. Checking in and out was a breeze and everything was close and convenient! The owners were super nice, friendly, and helpful! Will definitely stay again next year! My new home awat from home!
