This unit is a 2minute walk to the beach has 4 shared pools (2 heated) and one beachside, a playground, basketball court, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a lake along with 7 beautiful beach walkovers. Castaway overlooks the fountain and the quaint township of Carillon which offers unique shopping, dining, yoga/Pilates and spa experiences. This condo has 1 large bedroom with a King-sized bed. There is also a queen pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs living area. The owners are very communicative and there are ample starter supplies for “the essentials”. Strap on the beach chairs, walk 5 minutes through the beautiful Carillon neighborhood, and you are on the beach in no time.
