To start. I understand the property manager doesn't have complete control of cleaning crew and how the listing is advertised. But the communication between the property manager and myself was abysmal at best. Property was advertised as having 5 beds and sleeps 8. Apparently between my reserving and paying for rental dates, and us arriving. The owner decided to rearrange a room and took out one of the beds leaving us a bed short for the people we had in our party. This was not communicated to us at all. We found out doing a walk around of the unit after arriving.This might sound dramatic but it's me being honest. There is absolutely ZERO chance the unit was cleaned at all , before we arrived. Floors full of sand, candy wrappers and trash stuffed into and under the couches, trash under the beds, bed sheets highly questionable if they were cleaned beforehand , stains on majority of bed sheeting. Cookware /Pots and pans had food debris on them. Utensils had food debris on them. Found fem hygiene pads, contact packaging, and I'm pretty sure a small bag of a Controlled illegal substances under the nightstand , in the main bedroom. I spoke with someone, after a dozen or so calls, emails, and voicemails left. The first woman I spoke too was wonderful opening the case. Spoke to the Propty. mngr, ON DAY 3,was told I would be getting an email for discount for the bed situation. Never received email or return phone call since that talk with Propty Mngr. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. BEWARE
