The new owners did a lot of work to it and bought a lot of new furniture it is in superb condition. It is a new listing and the good reviews will start coming in for sure. This condo Sleeps 8 in 2 bedrooms King in the master & 2 Queen Size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Plus Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. You will enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from this beautifully decorated unit. Each bedroom connects to a private full size bathroom. From the kitchen, dining room and living room look directly out over the sugar white sand and emerald blue ocean water. The afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets are breathtaking. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction or watch the action in the water. The location was extremely nice with tons of restaurants near by. It was very nice being provided with all cook wear and utensils. We were concerned with elevators before we arrived due to the reviews we read, but the resort has employees directing and controlling elevator traffic during peak times. The view was absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The property owner was very accommodating and responsive. If you’re second guessing this property, don’t, its 100% worth it. We really loved it! It was comfortable and clean. The views were excellent and the building was well maintained. We loved the friendliness of the girls at the check in station. The room for the laundry was wonderful and the refrigerator ice maker was awesome. We loved the combo coffee maker as well since we like brewed coffee and my mom uses the Keurig. Our beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.. if we had to make any suggestions we might mention that we are wine drinkers and could have used wine glasses (no doubt they have been broken by guests) and we also love to cook, so some pot holders and at least one more dish towel and dish cloth would be helpful so we could rotate them. But those are mainly personal preferences… We would absolutely return if it was not for the crowded beach!! For families with kids it is more ideal maybe, but we prefer fewer people. Also, the beach service was the least concerned with/interested in the guests than any other service we have ever come across. A couple of days they didn’t even put up umbrellas, claiming it was too windy when you could see down the beach others were using umbrellas without trouble. They also completely managed the beach space, monopolizing the area and asking people to move if their umbrellas were three feet too far back. Maybe it is just that we have never been at such a crowded spot! If you know what to expect it is fine! ##### Timothy A. Tidewater itself was very clean, friendly staff, the easiest check in we have ever had. We loved the location of this condo and size it’s very big…the past 14 years we’ve stayed at the Majestic in PCB so I didn’t know if I’d like the switch but we really did. The master bath and closet really sold me. The staff was very nice. Only complaints were, There is no cable in the bedrooms. Which wasnt a huge deal for us. To use the hot water in the master shower you have to turn it on as if you were using the cold water. They said it was installed backwards. But it was very spacious and the beds were comfy. Bring extra blankets, beach towel and pillows as suggested because there isnt any extra. But I would 100% stay here again. ##### Amber W. We found someone's dress under a chair in the bedroom and a spit bottle from a previous renter. The elevators are pretty bad around the check-in and check-out times. Plan around that or give yourself plenty of extra time to catch an elevator. Other than that the property was awesome and we had a great experience. ##### Ashley H.
